CALCITE Specimens

# CAL-153, $52.00 60% Discount - Sale Price $20.80
This is a nice, single large crystal of amber-colored calcite, with one concave surface (the original attachment point?) that is lined with a druze of unidentified white crystals, some of which show a fibrous habit, plus several small transparent red crystals which I suspect are sphalerite. Now for my reservation: while the documentation I received with this calcite said it came from Ruck's Pit, it looks nothing like the "clams filled with calcite" from this site. Rather, it looks like typical Elmwood, Tennessee calcite. I suspect the label got switched with another specimen. I still purchased it because I like the crystallization of that concave surface.
